Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KAB Realty Group LLC, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, high-quality service. To ensure fairness and allow us to properly schedule appointments, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. - Cancellation requests made 48 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. 

Late Cancellations (48 Hours or Less) 

- Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are only eligible for a 50% refund. 

- This partial refund accounts for time reserved, preparation, and loss of appointment availability. 

 

No-Show Policy:

- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any cancellation notice is considered a no-show. - No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Policy Updates 

KAB Realty Group LLC may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
